Digital Products & eGift Cards

Due to the nature of digital products and eGift Cards, all sales are final and non-refundable once access or delivery has been provided.

If you experience technical issues or believe an error has occurred, please contact hello@shirlynlee.com for assistance.

Physical Products (Print-on-Demand Merchandise)

Physical merchandise is produced on demand. Refunds or replacements are offered only for defective or incorrect items.

Please contact shirlyn@swimrific.com within 7 days of delivery, with clear photos of the issue, so that the matter can be reviewed.

Refunds may be provided where required under Singapore law.
